xxxprocess

so i went down south a few weeks ago and was cruising with a friend.. the friend had a farm, and an amazing spit roast. a few wines later the holga came into play, vintage cars laying in the fields.

cross processing tends to really tweek the contrast between colours, darkens the higlights, and gives you way more lenience with your exposure.. always a good bet...

scann your negs!

when i had these two rolls processed in canada 3 years ago i thought i had struck gold. every shot has something special. i have printed some of these for friends and family close to me, but until now haven't been able to gauge the full potential of the images. scanning your negs gives you the oppertunity to look at your images as digital files. scanning your negs not only makes it more cost efective to print in the future, and easyer to share with your friends, it also gives you the chance to really see the capability of the negative. by that i mean, sure you can totally manipulate and murder an image in photoshop, but more importantly... for the images that are truely worthy, the scan gives you the chance to see each negs' real potential. whether you want to use the digital file as a guide when you decide to make a print by hand, or just share with your friends online....
